We hired Collins Construction to do the site prep for a shop we are building on our property. We do not live here full time. Therefore, finding the right contractor that would be honest and do a good job without me being present was important. I received a bid from Cody and found it to be very reasonable. He knew that we would not be able to be present during the job. His communication during the project was top notch which was very important. When building our home, we knew we picked a hard location in terms of rough grading, but even more tricky in terms of finish grading. had Cody out for a drain field install, he gave me a reasonable price and started work promptly, now here's where I have to say this guy has a heart to do good work. he kept a smile thru it all and even stayed till well after dark to finish. his determination to achieve my approval and make a very clean job goes well above what I have experienced here in this area, I will definitely be calling him back for any and all further jobs I need as I can finally trust someone to come do a job and not hold their hand while they do it.
