When building our home, we knew we picked a hard location in terms of rough grading, but even more tricky in terms of finish grading. We hired Collins Construction to do the site prep for a shop we are building on our property. We do not live here full time. Therefore, finding the right contractor that would be honest and do a good job without me being present was important. I received a bid from Cody and found it to be very reasonable.
