Collin’s Constructors were hired to perform final grading and sod installation after our pool was installed. Cody came out and provided a thorough review of the project and measured the area. They used a smaller subcontractor to perform the grading and sod installation due to ongoing work they had to fit my project in. The subcontractor (AJ Wigdon Land Management) did not complete the job to expectations and asked for more money to complete the job after running short on sod twice and left large rocks all over the yard. I contacted Cody and he came out the next day and apologized for the issue with the subcontractor and added the remaining sod and took the time to make sure we were happy with the final result. Can’t say enough about the customer service Cody provided to honor the quote and make things right. Cody was a pleasure to work with I appreciate them doing what it took to make it right. Collin’s Contractors will do what they say and show up when you need them to take care of issues.

We hired Collins Construction to do the site prep for a shop we are building on our property. We do not live here full time. Therefore, finding the right contractor that would be honest and do a good job without me being present was important. I received a bid from Cody and found it to be very reasonable. He knew that we would not be able to be present during the job. His communication during the project was top notch which was very important. Cody has cleared several overgrown areas for future building sites, installed a number of various sized culverts for drainage and graded brand new roads and driveways on our property. All the while, Cody has been very knowledgeable, professional, honest and exhibited excellent work ethic. When building our home, we knew we picked a hard location in terms of rough grading, but even more tricky in terms of finish grading. We had an idea in our mind of how we hoped our land could look but were unsure if it was doable. Collins Constructors worked diligently until the job was not only what we had hoped for, but better than we could have imagined. We dealt with many different contractors throughout our build, and learned what a rarity it is to find a friendly, fair, and dependable contractor- Collins Constructors was all three and we highly recommend them.
